Service Options
It is challenging to predict the level of HR support you may require. So we have created a range of options to suit your needs and budget, allowing you to choose to have as little or as much support as you like.
Kiva-as-you-go (hourly or daily)
Advice and support on the phone, by email or on-site when you need it with no obligation for a lengthy commitment. Based on an hourly/daily rate and invoiced monthly.
Kiva clusters
Clusters of time to use as you like over a 12 month period. Purchase hourly clusters in advance, usually 10, 20 or 40 hours; the more you buy the less you pay per hour.
Kiva retained
An agreed fee per month over a 6 or 12 month period which allows you to utilise HR Services on a regular basis. Use us as your own HR department or to complement and support your existing one.
A monthly retainer would be dependent on number of employees and the level of service support you require, ranging from the basic HR support and administration service to the full HR business partner with monthly planning time included.
Kiva project
If you have a specific requirement or project you would like help with, we can agree a fixed fee for delivering that piece of work following an initial in-depth discussion meeting to ensure we fully understand your needs.

After a period of working abroad she cut her HR teeth in one of London’s ‘Magic Circle’ law firms and has worked across a variety of other business sectors rising to HR Director level.
